I was born and raised in Belleville, New Jersey.  After high school I married and while raising my children, I received my A.A.S. (Associate in Applied Science) degree in nursing from Essex County College.  Later in life I received my BSN.  One of the requirements for my BSN, included a class in poetry.  My professor was taken by my work and encouraging, so I  began to seriously consider writing.

My first novel, One Spring Day was published on March 12, 2020 and is available through Amazon.com.  In 1992 I wrote and self-published a cookbook, Deliciously Low Fat, which is also available through Amazon.

I currently live in The Villages, Florida with my husband David.  Moving here has been a life changing experience.  Most nights, we enjoy dancing in the town squares.  We both work part time but whenever possible, we attend club meetings, engage in various activities and swim as weather permits.  I enjoy cooking, baking, singing, painting and of course, writing.  Occasionally, I spend time practicing at the piano.

Between us, we have 7 children, 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
